Welcome to New Dimension Electrical Service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any transactions with us. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

New Dimension Electrical Service will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask If the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply", "Message frequency may vary", and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent." Service Availability: All services are subject to scheduling availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests based on capacity, location, or other factors.

3. Booking and Service Appointments

A. Scheduling Services

  • Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email, phone, or text.

B. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service fee to cover our costs.

C. No-Show Policy

  • If our technician arrives at your location at the agreed-upon time and you are unavailable, a no-show fee may be applied.

4. Estimates & Pricing

A. Estimates

  • Any estimate provided before service is based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change after a full on-site assessment.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

B. Pricing & Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, and approved financing options (if applicable).

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.

C. Additional Charges

  • If additional work is required beyond the original estimate, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding.

  • Emergency or after-hours service calls may be subject to additional fees.

5. Warranties & Liability

  • Service fees are non-refundable once work has been completed and approved by the client.

  • If a service issue arises due to our workmanship within the warranty period, we will correct it at no additional charge.
